Tom joined Louis Plung & Company in 2021 with over 20 years of experience in auditing. He oversees audit, review and compilation engagements with a focus on nonprofit entities, construction and employee benefit plans.

Tom grew up working in a family-owned business and fell in love with the financial side, which led him to pursue a career in accounting. With that perspective, Tom treats every client as if he is a part of their team. He gets great satisfaction from seeing his clients succeed and enjoys helping them find solutions to their business and accounting issues, so that they can succeed.
Born and raised in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania, Tom was influenced by his two heroes – his father and grandfather – who taught him that success means giving your all, embracing your mistakes, continuing to grow (and having fun while doing it!). Tom has a passion for pit bull rescue, enjoys traveling with his wife, Erica, and supporting his two daughters through college.
