Megan enjoys training and mentoring staff and seniors to help them become a better auditor and earn promotions. She uses her knowledge and years of experience to help improve the audit department’s best practices, workpaper templates, and making the entire process more efficient and streamlined.

In order to be able to audit a company, Megan likes to understand the company’s whole accounting process, which can include how something is produced, manufactured, or in the case of a non-profit, the techniques used to raise funds. This is very different from client-to-client and she finds it very interesting. She also likes meeting the client personnel and building a relationship with them.

In her free time, Megan enjoys planning fun experiences with her two sons and husband, such as checking out a new playground or museum, reading, and going on vacations to the beach or other countries.
