Marc has over 25 years of management experience and specializes in tax consulting services to businesses, business owners, executives and high net worth individuals.
Description of Practice
Marc is experienced in corporate, partnership, estate & trust, multi-state, international and individual tax matters. In addition, experience includes assisting both individuals and businesses in various federal, state, and local tax matters and providing advice to clients in tax controversies with the IRS, state, and local authorities.
Marc has extensive experience assisting clients with choice of entity matters, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, and international structuring of operations.
Prior to joining Louis Plung & Company in 2017, he worked for a regional accounting firm where he was Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s tax practice. His experience also includes over seven years as the President and Chief Executive Officer of an international engineering, operating, and construction company in the coal industry.
