Catherine has extensive experience with a wide range of companies including real estate developers, construction contractors, large privately owned companies, private equity groups, and manufacturers. She has more than 30 years of experience in the tax and consulting practice sectors, with an emphasis in strategic tax planning; mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, business succession planning, multi-state tax planning, entity structuring, and business reorganizations.
Catherine also leads the Forensic Litigation Valuation practice for Louis Plung & Company. Catherine and her team work with closely-held businesses, attorneys, banks, and other clients on a wide range of forensic accounting, valuations and litigation support services.
