EXPERIENCE
Wendy has over eight years of Human Resources experience managing HR functions for organizations. Her areas of
specialization include employee relations, recruiting, hiring and orientation, staff development, succession planning,
training, benefits, performance management, compensation planning, payroll, HRIS maintenance, and policy and
procedure documentation. Wendy also has experience with HR functions within the following industries: accounting
services, construction, engineering/defense, and retail.
Wendy additionally has experience in the Marketing arena, having managed marketing function for various organizations over the years to include: client relations, proposal and marketing documentation, coordinating the design and production of new marketing materials, and developing potential business partners for contract teaming purposes.
