Earl joined the Firm in 1974, and is a partner in the firm's tax practice. He provides varied tax and accounting services
to the firm's clients in the retail, service, and manufacturing industries. His clients range in size from small,
start-up ventures to middle market and large industry leaders.
Earl specializes in tax planning and preparation for large corporations that have locations in various states, which results in complex tax implications and numerous types of tax returns. He also has experience in setting up start-up ventures of various entities, such as sole proprietors, corporations, and limited liability partnerships, and assists clients with the legal and tax structures of their new businesses.
In addition to corporate tax work, Earl frequently prepares taxes for individual clients. He also has a significant amount of experience working with individual clients who have unique and complex tax needs, including members of the clergy.
