Catherine Marchelletta is a partner in the Tax and Consulting Groups of Louis Plung & Company. Since joining the firm
in 1987, she has provided a wide range of tax and consulting services to the firm's diverse client base, including real
estate developers, construction contractors, large privately owned companies, private equity groups, and manufacturers.
She has more than 20 years of experience in the tax and consulting practice sectors, with an emphasis in strategic tax
planning; mergers and acquisitions; business valuations; business succession planning; cost segregation studies;
multi-state tax planning; entity structuring; and business reorganizations.
