On Thursday, January 27, 2011 the firm hosted a seminar entitled "Changes in Federal Income Tax and Trends in Corporate Fraud." Rich Fischer and Cathy Marchelletta lead the seminar, which was held at the Rivers Club (One Oxford Centre, 4th Floor). The first part of the seminar addressed the most significant changes in federal income tax and how those changes may affect tax planning for businesses and individuals in 2011. The remainder of the program focused on trends in corporate fraud, and how those trends may impact the way people do business as well as risk compliance and risk management.
