Louis Plung
Louis Plung is the Managing Partner of Louis Plung &
Company, LLP. He joined the Firm in
1984, became partner in 1989 and was made Managing Partner in 1992.
Lou’s
work centers upon tax consulting, auditing, strategic
and finance planning and entity development. In his role, he counsels many clients in
structuring business mergers and acquisitions.
Over
his career Lou has worked closely with clients in the real estate, distribution,
architectural and manufacturing industries.
He has assisted clients in turn around and workout situations.
Lou sits on clients’ audit committees and as such is very
knowledgeable of the key risk issues facing clients. He is also a member of numerous other
client committees (pension, liability, legal, compliance; etc.) which
enables him to provide “big picture” perspective to his
clients.
Louis received his Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of The
University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American and
Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. He is also active on numerous local and
