Catherine Marchelletta
Cathy has more than 20 years experience in
accounting, tax and business consulting.
She heads up the Merger and Acquisitions and Business Valuation
groups at Louis Plung & Company, LLP and is primarily responsible for
strategic tax planning for individuals, corporations, partnerships, real
estate development, entity structuring and estate and succession
planning. She received her B.S. in
accounting and Masters of Science in Taxation from Robert Morris
University and is a
member of the AICPA, PICPA and Allegheny Tax Society.
